what T/B means?
July 18, 2010I was scanning houses for sale on the internet, and i came across the description ‘T/B’. I was like— stuck, analyzing… eyebrows met. WHAT?
OH yeah, one description said —’toilet and bath’… well, duh?! I know what THAT is, just forgot to cross my mind. pfff! ehehehe.
TOILET AND BATH: thats the usual bathroom setup we have here in the philippines.
I remembered lolo (grandpa) told us on his first visit in Zamboanga, that he rarely bathe cause it was cold where he lives(alaska), and that they need heater to warm the water.
We dont warm our water here… well some part of the country need to warm their water during cold days. and yes, almost all the hotels here have water heater system installed in every room, how did I know this? ahahaha. done some research LOL)
So I was thinking- maybe, if youre not from here, you might be wondering what our bathroom setup is? well its usually like this
toilet and bath… what you see here is the the room where you take your dump and the one where you take a bath. the lighted room over there is the latter.
usually we install shower on wall in the bathroom, but we dont use it often… what we use is a pail and a dipper.
we also install toilet bowl that has flush system, but again we just use a pail and a dipper with that.
Some of the homes, like the old master’s bathroom we have, however are like this>> (google images)
*we just install this shower heater near the bathtub, then take shower on the bathtub rightaway, just hard to clean bathtub afterwards, the soap suds and ringful of hair and dirt on the drain. ew.. our home is on top of the hill, and we have cold mornings… so we have to have this.
